Project Team Leader for Trade Shows & Events

Entourage X is looking for a Project Team Leader for Trade Shows & Events you will play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing various trade shows and events that align with our company’s strategic goals and brand messaging. This role will involve working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of event-related projects.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic, organized, and results-driven individual who can lead a team successfully deliver complex events. It offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a significant contribution to Entourage X branding and customer engagement efforts.

Key responsibilities

  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans that outline tasks, resources, and timelines for the execution of trade shows and events.

  • Team Leadership: Lead a project team, assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and monitoring the progress of each project. Maintain open lines of communication with team members to ensure timely and successful execution of plans.

  • Stakeholder Management: Work with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, etc.) to align event strategy with company objectives. Interface with external stakeholders such as vendors, partners, and attendees to ensure a positive event experience.

  • Budgeting: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all activities are conducted within budget constraints. Identify opportunities for cost-saving without compromising the quality of the event.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to minimize project disruptions.

  • Evaluation and Reporting: Conduct post-event evaluations to determine how future events could be improved. Report on outcomes and ROI to the Director of Sales

Requirements & qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Bilingualism – interpersonal skills, verbal, and written skills as well as proven organizational skills are essential.

  • Proven experience in project management, abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines

  • Ability to travel as needed for events.

  • Strong leadership & team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.

  • Ability to negotiate to secure favorable contracts.

Physical Requirements 

  • Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods during events.

  • Must be able to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds.

  • Comfortable working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
